Hey, my name is Susan, owner and designer of designsbysusandbs where I create earrings, necklaces, bracelets, hand knotted leather boho jewelry, sari silk designs, bohemian crochet layering necklaces, wrap bracelets, stackable bracelets, Christian Faith designs & .more. I love the boho, gypsy/hippie look, in clothes, shoes and jewelry. am a single mama to a 17 year old son. I have lived 37 places, went to 9 different schools, have a triple major. 20 something years ago I bought some jewelry stuff to fix an anklet I broke. That, was I thought, the beginning. I started making jewelry and selling from there. Later on, my mama found my elastic and seed beads from the 60’s and I vaguely remember beading back then. Guess it is in my blood. I come from a long line or artist. We quilt, crochet, paint, draw, play piano, sing, and design. I have designed jewelry since 94 though recently remembered back in the 60's, having a shoe box of little seed beads and putting them on stretch cord, boho and hippy when it really was boho and hippy!
